Create your own 'Joe Wicks style' warm up for a PE lesson. Use the sheets below to help devise your sequence of movements and create a list of 10-12 different movements that will warm up each part of the body. Can you write it down with a brief explanation as to why we warm up before exercise, what it does and the importance of being warm before carrying out PE.

You could film yourself carrying out your warm up and send it to us :) we would love to see them...we might even magpie your ideas ;)
