Weekend sports opportunities - Hockey

Hockey Heroes is a fun, 6 week introduction to hockey for 5-8 year olds, and everyone is welcome! The course gets children active & boosts their confidence by making them feel successful.

Portsmouth Hockey Club will be taking part in this England Hockey initiative, with our sessions taking place at Admiral Lord Nelson School (PO3 5XT), from 9:00-10:00 am alongside our regular junior training, starting on September 21st, and running for six weeks.

Hockey Heroes is perfect for those who can be a little nervous to try new things. Everyone is a beginner & there are no tests! We just want you & your child to come along, pick up a stick & have fun.

We'll give your child an enthusiasm for sport & exercise. They'll have a great time playing lots of fun games while learning new skills & running around.

For just £32 your child receives 6 sessions + their own kit delivered to your door, which includes 2 sticks, a ball, a personalised t-shirt & some stickers to customise their stick!

Limited places are now available on our course, and you can sign up to Hockey Heroes by clicking here.  - https://play.englandhockey.co.uk/HockeyHeroes/Course/c71b6af5-d748-4573-a497-45179056f31a
