We’ve had a fabulous week this week. We started our week with a play project. First we designed our dinosaur world. Once we had done this, we were then able to choose if we wanted to build our world with construction material or make it with junk modelling. Pufferfish had a great time doing this.

I’m sure you loved all of their creations that they brought home to show you.

This week we also made smoothies. During literacy we wrote the instructions. We were then able to follow the instructions to make the smoothie on Friday.

Over the last two weeks we have been learning about significant people such as Marry Anning and Florence Nightingale.  We are now able to explain why these ladies are so significant.

Books

Please return all books by Monday. This is to ensure I have enough time to audit them all on Wednesday.

Sports day!

Sports day is on Tuesday. Please send your child to school wearing their PE kit. They will stay in this for the rest of the day- there is no need to send in a change of clothes.

Carrier bag.

On Friday we will start sending home the children work books from the year. Please could you provide your child with a named strong bag to bring these home. They will not all fit into their book bags.
