Happy Christmas everyone!!! We made it! What an amazing Autumn term we’ve had!

Your children have worked incredibly hard in all areas and the work they’ve produced this week really demonstrates their progress.

In English, we finished our Great Fire of London unit with a diary in role as a cat. These have included lots of year 2 writing features and have been published using our beautiful handwriting.

In Maths, we have now learnt how to use Timestable Rockstars and can now practise this at home on the app. The details have been sent home today including log ins. Please do ask if you have any questions.

We’ve had some very creative afternoons including decorating our pouches in DT and creating the London skyline in Art. Some of  these are on display in the corridor and teachers are very impressed.

Amazing news…today we have filled up our penguin points!!!! These are penguins in a jar for showing we are safe, ready and respectful during the school day. This means that we will enjoy a class reward on the first Friday back!! Well done Penguins, you should be very proud of yourselves.
