This week was our first week of ‘Jungle Adventures’. We have read the book ‘Dear Zoo’. The children have been amazing at discussing why the animals were not appropriate to live in a house.

The children have really enjoyed using loose parts to make a lion’s face. They have an incredible imagination.

We have explored weight this week, the children have shown so much progress. They were able to identify which buckets weighed the most due to it position on the scales.

The glimmer of sunshine has enabled us to bring the water tray out from retirement. This has been loved by all. Along with the water tray we now have a garage as a role play area. The children been working hard to get the bikes working again. They have created lots of wild stories as to how they became damaged.

Just a reminded that next week is world book day. We invite everyone to dress up.
