A great final week of the spring term in Dolphins!

Thank you to all of your efforts in creating Easter bonnets with your children for our parade and thank you for supporting your children. It was great to see so many of you there! Also, thank you for coming to parents evening. It is always lovely to share learning and progress with you about your children.

We have been lucky to have a few sunny moments (though we’ve wished for more) this week to get the children outside for some of their learning, particularly in maths. We have been looking at length and mass where the children were challenged to use non-standard measures of their own hands and feet to measure classroom objects and objects outside!

In DT, we finally finished creating our puppets where we looked at fastening and decorating! The children showed fantastic creativity, resourcefulness, kindness and resilience throughout the whole process.

I think we are all deserving of a sunny (fingers crossed) Easter break. Happy half term!
