Everyone has worked hard this week to complete their recipes for George’s marvelous medicine. We’ve seen some disgusting ingredients and very bossy verbs being included so George knows exactly what to do. Next week, we will be building up skills to write a character description of Grandma.

In Maths, we have now finished our shape and pattern unit with a secure knowledge of position, direction and rotation.

In Science, we are loving observing the growth of the sunflowers and seeing the stems grow taller and taller each day.

We also had a great music lesson this week where we created pitch patterns to play on the glockenspiels.

Next week, your children will be completing their SATs. This is absolutely nothing to worry about, just an opportunity for them to do their best and showcase all their learning from Year 2.
