What a week! Transition and Marwell!!
Well done to everyone for a smooth transition day the other day- it sounds like they all had a great day in Seals and Miss Stacey and Mrs Rutter were buzzing after the day too.
The trip today was a huge success. Their behaviour was exemplary (of course!) and we had perfect weather. It was so lovely to spend time with the class just walking, exploring and chatting…you have amazing kids! We will be writing about our trip and creating riddles about the animals over the next few days.
When we have been in normal lessons, we’ve been finishing off Geography and Science by observing the plants we’ve grown to investigate what plants need to survive.
This Friday is Miss Turtle’s last day and we will be so sad to see her go. She has had a huge impact on the class and it’s been a joy to have her part of our penguin family for the past few months. I’m sure you will all join me in wishing her good luck in her first teaching role in September at her school.
