Our Year 3 and 4 choir raised the roof last night! On a sweltering summers evening, 28 of our most dedicated singers came to Portsmouth Guildhall to sing in celebration of Portsmouth’s 100 year anniversary. Joining ten other schools from across the city, the children performed on stage in front of adorning crowds. A few tears were definitely shed from teachers and parents alike, during the spectacular finale of ‘On Shining Waters’. Well done to all involved. Many children arrived in school this morning still singing, “from old city walls, the new city calls…”
