These are some of the useful website that we use in Pufferfish- you may wish to use these at home. As with any website- please check that you are happy for your children to use it. The ipads are closely monitored at school so the children do not access pages they shouldn’t.

For parents | Letters and Sounds this is the Little Wandle website. This is the scheme that we use to teach phonics in year R, 1 and 2. This website you will find how to say the pure sounds for phonics along with the mantras that go along with the letters.

Early Years Early Years – Topmarks Search this website is designed to use on tablets. There are lots of fun math’s games for children to use.

One minute maths- this is an app that you can download. This is a fantastic app for practicing quick maths- such as subitising. Subitising is when you can quickly recognise how many objects you can see without the need to count them. We would expect children to be able to subitise up to 5 by the end of year R.
