This week in English we started our text There’s a Rang-Tan in My Bedroom by James Sellick. This book is about a disaster that we can make better by not destroying landscapes for palm oil.

In geography we are focussing on South America, learning about the rainforest, animals and countries. In music we are doing Samba which comes from South America.

In maths we are learning to do short multiplication, also called the compact method, by doing 3-digit numbers multiplied by 1-digit numbers, we have used deines equipment and the expanded method to help us.
