This week, has been Children’s Mental Health week. We have taken part in lots of different activities to support ourselves. Each morning, we have started our days with mindful colouring. On Wednesday, we went outside and took part in some problem solving activities. Our most exciting activities took place on Thursday where we made pizzas and took part in Boogie Bounce!
In regards to our learning, the hard work of fractions has paid off! After revisiting important language and the fundamentals, we have been able to apply our knowledge and skills to reasoning and problem solving. It has been fantastic to see the children’s confidence grow and grow and see them have that feeling of success. In English, we have been planning our explanation texts based on volcanoes.
This week, Sea Otters have scored yet another 10/10 for kindness! Well done Year 4. One more week to go!
