What a busy week in Seal Class! This half term we are learning how to build suspense in our writing. We are using The Mysteries of Harris Burdick as our text to inspire the class, which is a book full of missing stories. The children are enjoying thinking about the senses and how we can use what we hear/see/taste/smell/feel to help us to write a detailed setting.
In maths we have been carrying on learning about multiplication, specifically focusing upon how to partition a 2 digit number to help us to calculate equations more easily.
We have begun to learn about water cycles in Geography, ask us about evaporation, condensation and precipitation!
