Thank you to all the parents that joined us for exit point. I hope you all enjoyed ‘funky chicken’ and the ‘dough disco song. It was lovely to see you all enjoying yourself to make the playdough.

Starfish have been demonstrating their rhyming skills this week by building a rhyming house. The children were able to find the correct rhyming wors for each house.

The children have now started to show an interest in making marks that holds a meaning. During discover and do some of the boys drew ‘x’ where there may be dangers. This was by the gates and the kitchen exit.

We have been strengthening our hand muscles by using the spray bottles to save the fish that have been captured. Starfish were keen to save them as quick as they could.

Next week we will be holding our fundraising activities all week. As I mentioned in the letter we are raising money to buy resources for our outside area. If you wish to donate any money towards the event, then please hand it to any staff member in Starfish. Thankyou in advance.
