It was lovely to see everyone back Monday morning and your children have made a fantastic start to this new half term.

This week, we have written recounts about our Easter holidays. What lovely things you all got up to! These have been published and some are on display.

In Maths, we have begun our new unit on Money. We are now able to work out the total of a set of coins and notes as well as make amounts using different coins.

In History, we have started looking at the life of Grace Darling. Over the next 2 weeks, we have workshops about Grace Darling and the impact she had on sea safety.

In Science, we learnt about healthy eating. Thank you for questions about the food diaries. These can be completed by you or the children. Next week, we will be highlighting the different food groups and identifying how we could further improve our diets (mine included!!)
