Our final week of Spring 1 and what a great half term it has been!

We really enjoyed seeing you all at our art gallery during Monday’s exit point. It was lovely to share our artwork with you and evaluate on how we have applied Pop Art’s Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol’s techniques to our own work. On Tuesday, we engaged in an online safety assembly for Online Safety Day where we had some really purposeful discussions regarding this and how we can keep ourselves safe online. Throughout the week, we have been writing our explanation texts, where we have used formal and technical language to explain how volcanoes are formed and how they erupt. In Maths, we have completed our time unit before we look at decimals as well as area and perimeter next half term.

This week, we have scored an 8/10 for kindness and cannot control our excitement of meeting the guinea pigs!
