Spring 1 Week 6

We made it! Firstly, thank you to all those who could make it to the exit point yesterday – I was not expecting it to be as relaxing and therapeutic as it was, I hope you found it this way too. The children finished their prints today, they all look great! These will be going on display for next half term then the children can take them home at the end of the term, before Easter. Please find photos below.

Over the last couple of days, in English, we have written a diary entry about Cherry’s drowning (with the choice of whose point of view they use). In Maths, we have been looking at decimals and fractions equivalents and this will continue after half term too. Today in arithmetic we started a new-style paper (similar to that of their assessments, including SATs which they’ll be doing lots of in Year 6). Everything in the paper are from units already covered this year so we look to see those scores improving week on week from now on.
