What a fabulous week we have had in Turtles class, with revision in full swing in preparation for next week (SATs), the children have worked incredibly hard and really showed their want to learn and achieve. We played a ‘mystery box’ game, looking at answering questions at speed to earn points and even did an arithmetic relay! In our afternoons, we have enjoyed some reading in the sunshine, sculpting our clay models which represent something from our primary school experience and learning about punishments in the dark ages which the children have been particularly interested in. In writing, they have been designing and writing about their own desert creature.

We are really looking forward to having all the children in early for breakfast next week – we have no doubt that they will absolutely smash it!
